Refund policy
Webshop:
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@figurati-antwerp.com, including your order number and the item you wish to return.
Once your return request is approved and the return label is provided, you must ship the item back within 5 calendar days. Returns shipped after this period may be refused. Returns or exchanges may also be refused if the product or its packaging is damaged, shows signs of use, or is not returned in its original condition.
- Return: We would like to inform you that the cost of returning the item will be at the customer's expense. These return shipping costs correspond to the full, current bpost rates and do not include any additional charges from our side.
- Exchange: We would like to inform you that the cost of returning the item and reshipping the replacement item will be at the customer's expense. These return shipping costs correspond to the full, current bpost rates and do not include any additional charges from our side.
Please note that items purchased during special promotions, such as Black Friday, are not eligible for return.
In-Store Purchases (Kloosterstraat 148):
If you purchased an item in-store and are not satisfied or would like to exchange it, you can return or exchange the item in-store within 14 days. For returns, we offer a voucher for the same value as the returned item(s).
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Please note: items purchased during sale or special promotions, such as Black Friday, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damage
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items purchased during special promotions (such as Black Friday) or for gift cards.
Refunds:
We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your amount will be refunded automatically within 10 working days. The return shipping cost will be the amount currently charged by Bpost and will be deducted from the refund. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 working days have passed since we approved the return, please contact us at info@figurati-antwerp.com.
