Shipping

Delivery in Belgium usually takes 1 to 3 working days. Please note that during busy periods, such as around Christmas, shipping may take a little longer. For the Netherlands, delivery typically takes 2 to 3 working days.

Exception: if you order on Friday, you will receive your package after 4 working days.

Shipping to other countries in EU: varies by country and depends on the shipping company chosen. If you have further questions about this, you may always contact us at info@figurati-antwerp.com.

If you prefer to pick up your order, please select the "Pick Up" option at checkout. Your package will usually be ready for collection one day after placing the order, and you can pick it up from our shop at Kloosterstraat 148, 2000 Antwerp.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not picked up in time and is automatically returned to us by bpost, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you wish to have the package resent, the full reshipping costs, as well as the return shipping fees charged by bpost for sending the package back to us, will be charged to the customer.
These return fees are determined by bpost as part of our collaboration with them as our shipping partner, and are beyond our control.

 

How to return an item?

Webshop:
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@figurati-antwerp.com, including your order number and the item you wish to return.

Please note that items purchased during special promotions, such as Black Friday, are not eligible for return.

We would like to inform you that the cost of returning the item and reshipping the replacement item is at the customer's expense.

In-Store Purchases (Kloosterstraat 148):
If you purchased an item in-store and are not satisfied or would like an exchange, you can return or exchange the item in-store within 14 days. For returns, we offer a voucher for the same amount as the returned item(s). 

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
