Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange your item.

Returns

Would you like to return an item? You can easily register your return through our GoParcel return portal.

You can also register your return through the Track & Trace link in the email you received from GoParcel.

Through the return portal, you can register your return and purchase a return label. The cost of the return label is the responsibility of the customer.

Once you have purchased your return label, please send your return within 3 working days. Returns shipped after this period may be refused.

 

Exchanges

Would you prefer a different size or colour? 

Online: simply register the item as a return through GoParcel and place a new order for the size or colour you would like instead. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the returned item.

In our store: you can also exchange your item free of charge at our store in Antwerp. Please visit us within 14 days of receiving your order and bring the item and your order confirmation with you.

Conditions

The item must be in its original condition — unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and returned in its original packaging.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items purchased in-store during special promotions, such as Black Friday, or for gift cards purchased online or in-store.
