Shipping

Parcels are collected by our shipping partner several times a week and dispatched shortly afterwards.

Delivery within Belgium usually takes 1–4 working days.

Delivery to the Netherlands, Germany and France usually takes 2–5 working days.

Please note that during busy periods, such as around Christmas, delivery may take a little longer.

Shipping to other EU countries: Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the shipping service selected. If you have any questions about shipping to your country, please contact us at info@figurati-antwerp.com.

In-Store Pick-Up (Free)

If you prefer to pick up your order, please select the “Pick Up” option at checkout. Your order will usually be ready for collection one day after placing your order.

Would you like to place an order but live outside the EU? Please contact us at info@figurati-antwerp.com, and we will be happy to look into the shipping options for you.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected within the applicable collection period and is automatically returned to us by bpost, DHL, DPD or PostNL, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you would like us to resend the package, the customer will be responsible for the full reshipping costs, as well as any return shipping fees charged by the shipping carrier for returning the package to us. These return fees are determined by the respective shipping partner.
