Orders are shipped several times a week.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail from bpost, Post NL or DPD with your tracking number.

Shipping in Belgium: 1 to 5 working days

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the shipping cost is non-refundable, as it has already been paid to the courier service.

Sale items (and special offers) cannot be returned.

Items bought in our store in Antwerp can only be exchanged for something else or for a store voucher. Clients who purchased online will receive a full refund to their original payment method.
